How engagements are handled
We establish what is being built, what it needs to do, what it needs to connect to and what constitutes delivery. The technical scope and commercial terms are documented before development begins.
Work is organized around defined deliverables and milestones. Technical oversight, testing and client communication continue throughout the engagement rather than being left until the end.
The completed work is reviewed against the agreed scope, prepared for production and handed over with the relevant documentation and access.
Where required, Montegra can remain responsible for maintenance, infrastructure, support and continued development.
